What We Do

Protect Pacific Northwest takes on issues that pose threat to our environment and to our communities. Working through our membership, we assist in researching, educating and organizing neighbors and stakeholders to advocate to their key decision-makers. Our team has experience in both small, rural communities to the PNW’s largest cities.

PPN is hard at work in communities throughout the PNW.
Jordan Cove LNG Facility (Coos Bay, OR)
PPN is opposed to Pembina's attempt to build this facility on the Oregon coast.
The Village at Nehalem Bay (Wheeler, OR)
PPN supports "Wheeler Citizens for Responsible Development" and Oregon Coast Alliance in their efforts to protect Wheeler's beautiful waterfront, the saltwater Botts Marsh, and bordering Nehalem River estuary.
Tacoma LNG Facility (Tacoma, WA)
PPN supports the concerns raised by the Puyallup Tribe regarding the impacts the proposed Tacoma liquified natural gas facility.
